At PLAINN, we aim to ensure fast and reliable shipping for all orders. Please review our shipping details below.

Shipping Destinations

We currently only ship within the United Kingdom. International shipping is not available at this time.

Shipping Options & Costs

We offer the following shipping options:

  • DPD SHIP TO SHOP (1-2 Business Days) – £8.99
  • DPD Next Working Day (Order by 2 PM) – £6.99
  • Free Shipping on all orders over £150

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).

Order Processing & Dispatch

Orders placed before 2 PM will be processed the same day. Any orders placed after this time will be processed the next business day.

Once dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking details.

Delivery Timeframes

Estimated delivery times are:

  • DPD NEXT DAY: 1-2 business days (ORDER BY 1PM)
  • DPD SHIP TO SHOP: 3-4 BUSINESS DAYS  

These timeframes are estimates and may be affected by external factors such as weather, holidays, or courier delays.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. You can use this to monitor the progress of your delivery.

Missed or Failed Deliveries

If the courier is unable to deliver your package, they will leave a delivery attempt notice. It is your responsibility to arrange redelivery or collection from the courier’s designated location.

Undelivered & Returned Packages

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failure to collect, we can re-ship it at an additional cost. If you choose not to have it re-shipped, a refund will be issued minus the shipping fee.

Lost or Delayed Shipments

If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us at orders@plainnuk.com, and we will assist you in tracking or resolving the issue.

Changes to Shipping Details

We are unable to modify shipping addresses after an order has been dispatched. Please double-check your address before placing your order.
