Returns (UK Orders)

We accept returns within 14 days of the delivery date. To qualify for a return, items must be:

Refunds

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you wish to exchange an item, please return it for a refund and place a new order.

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect. In such cases, we will provide a pre-paid return label.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us at orders@plainnuk.com within 48 hours of receiving your order. Include photos of the issue so we can resolve it quickly.

Non-Delivery & Uncollected Packages

If a package is returned due to an incorrect address or non-collection, we can re-ship it at an additional cost. If you choose not to have it re-shipped, a refund will be issued minus the shipping fee.
