Shipping times & costs

We currently only ship within the United Kingdom.

  • DPD Next Working Day (Order by 2 PM) – £5.99
  • Free Shipping on all orders over £200

Undelivered items

If your order cannot be delivered due to incorrect information or missed deliveries, it will be returned to us at the courier's discretion. Once we receive your returned order, we will contact you. Customers are responsible for any additional shipping charges for redelivery.

Returns & Refunds (UK orders)

We hope you are satisfied with your Plainn purchase. If not, you have 14 days from receiving your order to return it. For convenience, we've created an integrated returns system. Visit our Returns & Exchange page to start your return. After completing the process, you will receive an email with a returns label. We will gladly exchange your item or issue a refund for all or part of your order.

To get started, all you need is the email address associated with your order and your order number.

Returns Process - UK Customers Only:

1. Visit our Returns & Exchange page.

2. Enter your email address and order number.

3. Follow the steps to select a return or exchange for your products.

4. After completing the process and paying for the return, you will receive a DPD shipping label via email.

5. Print the returns shipping label and securely attach it to the outside of the box, covering the original shipping label if possible.

6. Place the items you are returning or exchanging into the order box and seal it securely.

7. Take the box to your local DPD drop-off point, which you can find here: https://www.dpd.co.uk/apps/shopfinder/index.jsp. Enter your postcode to locate the nearest drop-off point.

8. Once we receive your order and the items pass our inspection, we will process your store credit, refund, or exchange. You will receive an email update once your refund or exchange is processed.

You will receive email updates throughout the process, from dropping off your return to its arrival at our warehouse. Once we have received your parcel, it can take up to 14 working days to be processed. Processing times may be longer during holiday periods.

Please note that any unregistered items in your return will not be processed.

Discounts & Credit

All credit and discount offers apply to the order's value, excluding delivery costs, and are subject to our Terms & Conditions. Unless specifically stated, discounts cannot be combined or applied consecutively to the same order, including during promotional events like Black Friday.

Some exclusions may apply to selected products and collections, which will be clearly stated. Discount offers may be specific to certain items or collections and cannot be extended to other product ranges.

Items purchased using store credit are only eligible for size exchange or further credit replenishment, excluding shipping fees, which must be covered with each new order.

Store credit expires one year from the issuance date unless stated otherwise. Store credit and discount vouchers are single-use per code and cannot be replenished unless specifically stated.

Any credit used to make an order will be replenished if the items are returned and not exchanged. Note that discount codes cannot be replenished after a return is processed.

We reserve the right to cancel any order suspected of being fraudulent or abusing a discount code.
